| From I-35 (E): Take the Ovilla Road (Hwy 664) exit west. The road curves and goes through Ovilla. After you pass Ovilla (headed south), you will come to a "T" intersection at FM-1387. Turn right (west) on 1387. Stay on 1387 for a mile or two and you will come to an "S" curve with the Long Branch Elementary School on the right and Long Branch Baptist Church on the left. Take Long Branch Road (which runs right in front of the church) south. Go three blocks to Hays road. Turn right (west). Go 0.4 miles to the first bricked entrance (see photo below) on the left. | ||||
| From US Highway 67: Exit US 287 and go southeast. You will pass several traffic lights and go through Midlothian, passing through a construction area. About 2.5 miles out of town you will come up to the intersection of Walnut Grove Rd. There is a light, an Exxon convenience store on the left and the Banana Boat cafe on the right. Turn left (north). Walnut Grove will end at FM-1387. The intersection is not marked, but it is the first stop sign. Turn right and go east. The next right turn is Hays Road. Follow Hays Rd. south past the Twin Creeks subdivision, and around the curve about 1.9 miles. As you come up out of the creek bottom, you will see the brick entrance (see photo below) on your right. | ||||
